ENERGY Sports - Boxing Sessions

Energy Sports boxing sessions provide a structured and supportive environment where participants can build fitness, discipline, and resilience. The programme focuses on developing physical strength and stamina while also encouraging self-confidence and positive mindsets. Through training, young people not only learn the technical skills of boxing but also the importance of respect, perseverance, and teamwork, helping them grow both in and out of the ring.

Here is a boxing technique video from coach Graham:

Community Outreach Sessions

Our Energy Sports community outreach sessions take place in local parks, where we deliver free multi-sport and boxing activities for young people in the community. These sessions create a safe and positive environment where youth can stay active, build confidence, and connect with others through sport. By bringing opportunities directly into their neighbourhoods, we aim to inspire healthier lifestyles, reduce anti-social behaviour, and encourage young people to channel their energy in positive and constructive ways.
